Once the project is accepted, I will make several designs of the order (location, color, size, or design on the plate) so that the customer can choose what they like best. Once I approve the final design no modifications can be made. 

 

Delivery dates will depend on the volume of work I have and the quantity requested. all my work is handmade and I must respect the time of each process, starting with the elaboration of the ceramics, the drying, firing, glazing, and painting. 

 

My works are handmade, no two works are the same, and each one is unique and special. We will leave perfection to the machines.

Personalized orders are non-returnable unless it arrives broken, damaged, or in the wrong order, which will be replaced or the correct order will be sent immediately.
