SHIPPING POLICY

CERAMICS

Shipping times on all orders are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.

Shipping costs are calculated at your checkout. Depends on the weight.  Add the items you'd like to your cart and then enter your shipping address at checkout to determine the shipping cost. You do not have to provide any payment info in order to see the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for the costs of deliveries with incorrect delivery information. In such cases, the customer must pay for the cost of a second shipment.

SCULPTURES

For shipping,

I recommend that you consult a qualified art transporter who has experience with ceramic sculptures. They will be able to advise you and offer you various options for transporting your fine art safely.

 Care Ceramic Sculpture

Avoid lifting the piece by the wrists, arms, hands, ankles, legs, or head. These parts are the most fragile areas of the sculpture and would not support the weight of the piece.  Lift the sculpture only by the main body masses, such as the torso, hips, and buttocks. Do the same when placing it down on the surface where the sculpture will be placed.

Check that the new location is flat and has no obstacles that could cause the sculpture to tilt and fall.

Be careful to remove anything that could scratch the sculpture, such as rings, watches, jewelry, and belt, and cover the buttons of trousers and shirts.

Make sure your hands are clean or wear cotton gloves to touch the sculpture.
